| First and foremost, a Dominant is always a Gentleman. He holds many distinctions: hands that are firm enough to guide, strong enough to protect, yet soft enough to give pleasure at a moment's notice. A Dominant must also set the standard for how to treat a woman, as well as rise to the occasion where standards need to be raised.
I am a dominant man. It is not an act and it is not a game. Being Dominant is a state of mind.
Being a Dominant has nothing in common with being domineering, in fact one is a contradiction of the other. A Dominant does not posses an unbridled supremacy or limitless power. He does not rule arbitrary, based on choice or that of a personal whim.
It is the duty of a Dominant to watch over and protect all submissives. It is the responsibility of a Dominant to teach submissives information about the Lifestyle. A Dominant wants to insure submissives grow in both the lifestyle and the public life.
