Now i have finally seen the site i have decided to make the hotel approach into a BDSM village with 10 cottage like structures and a medievil theme along with all the other facilities available. What say you?
Hi all. I am planning to open a BDSM hotel in the Donegal/Derry area. This will facilitate a fully equipped dungeon for all to use and play with. The main objective is to allow fetishists have an ultimate experience whether it be in private or public.
The premises will sleep up to 40 people and the current plan is to have weekend events which can cater up to 200 fetish goers although i am optimistic at first, that is my target.
The lay out so far will consist of 4 floors. The penthouse area will sleep Dominants in private en-suites (which may also be purchased by slaves and subs who may have privacy issues). The basement will consist of dorm like prison cells with bunks and single toilets. Above will be the main dungeon area available for all to use and in a separate room off-set will be another smaller room with equipment for others to use privately.
The first floor will be the events and meeting hall which will also include a kitchen and dining area. This is where the events will be held on weekends with live music and dj's etc.
The 2nd floor will consist of many private rooms with communal shower facilities and toilets etc.
Obviously the main objective is to have proper facilities so that all may enjoy and this will come at no extra cost. The only cost which will be involved is the accommadation fees which will vary depending on where you would like to sleep/privacy etc.
We all know that Ireland lacks this kind of initiative so all help, ideas and feedback would be very much appreciated.
Construction will begin as soon as i have gotten the desired feedback and opinions of YOU.....the people who will avail of the facility.

plans still delayed but a temporary dungeon has been set up with a suspension unit, cage, st andrews cross, stocks, bondage bed and all the other goodies that go with it:-)
