I am an older gay guy with a medical fetish interest.
I have had over 30 years experience of providing a full physical examination to guys and I have medical training (although I am NOT a doctor).
I have a permanent play clinic setup in Melbourne inner West and complete range of medical instruments. I use disposable items and observe sterile practices.
Many of my patients have a medical fetish interest of some kind - maybe videos that they see on the net, perhaps due to an earlier experience at the doctor that turned them on a bit, or perhaps they like the idea of being told to strip and having their body explored by a clothed authority figure.
Your first examination takes around 1-2 hours. It is not sexual and is extremely realistic (although most patients get an erection & are keen to supply a sperm sample). It is a full body check-up, eyes, ears, heart, lungs, abdomen, joints etc and of course including the bits 'down there'. I expect you to behave as you would if you were going to your doctor for a full physical, so being nervous is to be expected.
There is no pain involved, no cost and no needles.
