Just because someone has the ability to use the shift key and cap their nick does not necessarily make them a dominant, and definitely doesn't make them everyone's dominant.
In order to lead one must live as the example, one cannot lead another when one cannot properly care for oneself. Once one knows what one wants, accepts how one feels, and can persevere.
Possessing communication skills is necessary, and being perceptive enough to know how to speak to someone to accomplish one's goal is just as important as knowing how to speak to someone to reinforce them.
How can a Dominant build a reliable relationship without honesty at the very core? Honesty is a very hard trait, little lies seem so harmless, dishonesty will get you nothing but lies and confusion.
A confident person believes in their abilities, and that belief is founded on experience, no need to color one's experience with fluff or pomp.
The difference between a dictator and a Dominant, caring about the opinions of those who follow them. One does not assume that their opinion is the only one that matters.
