Well, after trying this site out for a little while. I've come to this conclusion: The overwhelming majority of available people are all borderline insane. The unavailable are just that - unavailable. There are the few in between whom things just won't work out with, but that is very much the minority.
This site could use a few improvements on the tone in which it presents itself. It seems to be about ultimate freedom yet, presents limits in kinks/turn ons that are fairly well known. (Alt.com for instance has several more legitimate BDSM kinks than Collarme).
At most this site feels like something to browse occasionally. Not for bringing like-minded people together.
