We are called a virtual BDSM_Academy, training been made by the Internet. There are only female graduates certified into our Academy.
We look for an dominant Lady for our Academy,
-which can lead the online training together with Director Master Sir Ralf
-is up for creative ideas (Maybe good in html for this blog)
-to bring in her hughe knowledge in training female slaves
-help with the structure in further of the virtual Academy,
-in addition, a good educational severity could be a plus.

let me first explain something. In June 2013 I’ve started with the blog and project „International Slave Training School“ to teach quality slave training to female submissives.
I knowingly said project, because the goal was to install a bdsm school in real life. I’ve engaged 3 more male trainers and a mistress for this.
After 2 and a half years tumblr kicked my account, i’ve lost all my contacts, so i had to start again.
Now this is the short story and my fantasie, to run the BDSM School/Academy again now. But i’m telling you its just started, next is maybe looking for other teachers for the Academy, making a Curriculum etc.

learning slave postures,
sm techniques and behaviours

-Theoretical part
learning basic slave rules,
writing essays about your submission, training etc.
-submissive in training
You start as an submissive in Training and you can earn higher grades during your training
-collared submissive
You have absolved minimum one of the following classes completly: bondage-class, oral-class, you are master-proved in all basic rules, you can do all basic postures on command
-owned slave
you absolved all the above classes, you are master-proved in all basic rules, you can do all basic postures on command, your master will decide if u become his owned slave or sold to another Master/Mistress, a collaring ceremony will be held in the house and all trainers will see it
-owned property
an experienced slave can become a property on behalf of the trainer, this will be for her lifetime
