This is simply because her strongest 'clench' has been changed to be cock-size rather than closed. This is easy to manage, however, since she does not normally remove the plug except when bathing or defecating.

At this point, the girl I was explaining this to asked, 'You mean she HAS to wear the plug or she'll leak?' You could look at it that way, I explained, but in fact she will WANT to wear the plug so leaking is not a problem. Another way to look at it is to compare with breast enlargement.
