| I could write a thousand lies and blend into the masses that will try to fool you into believing only they know, and that you need to surrender yourself to them. The fact is, there is no way a Dom can know what a sub needs when they first say hello. Each sub is unique, a flower lying under a bed of snow waiting for the warmth of the sun to help it bloom. Rarely does a sub know what they need when first entering the lifestyle. They only know what they want, and what they feel. They don't know the warning signs, what to look and/or look out for. You are on a journey of self-discovery. Your Dom should know this. How can He possibly understand where you need to go if He hasn't taken the time and effort to understand where you have been? Take your time in getting to know someone. Time can be your greatest source of protection. Given enough time, all men will eventually reveal who they really are.
It takes great strength to surrender. Never doubt who you are, or all you can be.
