Hooray for ginger tea! I am still not back to 100% but I am certainly not nearly as grumpy as I was before the tea.  Here is to hoping that 1 more good nights sleep has me back in playing form!

I seem to have been hit with a cold, I am not sure if I should blame my students, or the fact that the outside temperature has gone from 14 to -10 (celcius) in a matter of 2 days.  Regardless it has turned me into a mouth breather :(

I sure hope it leaves as fast as it came on!
