One can spend days that roll into weeks, sending out messages, getting no response or, at least slightly more entertainingly, getting responses from flaky, fakey online-fun kinda people who take varying amounts of time to weed out, then days of tedium and despair, wondering why the hell One even bothers to log in (especially when the darn site keeps going down and making matters even more difficult) .... and then suddenly the clouds part, the sun shines gloriously and somebody genuine just materialises out of nowhere to completely turn it all around! .... magical :-) .... soooo good to have friends!!
