Welcome to my profile and greetings, My name is Josh, but you may refer to me as Malachi, and I am a Polyamorious Sadist Dominant with Gentle Dom tendencies who is currently pursuing a Victorian-styled path. I am currently under-going a mentoring with the intent on following the Old School tradition. I originally got into the idea of learning about the lifestyle when I was 16, I joined a now dead and gone site known as SlavesKeep, where I read and absorbed as much as I could. I talked to various styles of practitioners and incorporated the aspects that I felt hit home with me. Once I hit the age of 19, I had my first "hands-on" experience with it all and from there I joined a local group in Sioux City, Iowa known as BIS (Bound In Siouxland) at the age of 24. At the age of 25, I put the lifestyle on the back burner for a bit until roughly June of 2016. As for my ideals and personal code within the Lifestyle in a subtle nutshell, I am a mental creature and by that I believe myself to be a person who values the emotional and intellectual sides of things. I am the eternal listener who will sit in a room and gauge my environment possibly for weeks at a time until I feel that I have something beneficial to add to a situation. I believe that the sexual aspects of the lifestyle aren't key to having a proper bond and functioning dynamic, although I am a highly sexual being, and would rather take the time to get to know and understand what makes a person tick. I want to hear their hopes and dreams, their fears and insecurities, and then from there I aim to fully compliment on them. As for how I conduct myself with others, I am a rather reserved person but open up rather quickly when given the proper conversations and so forth. I'm a bit of a firm person when it comes to how I expect things, but under that blood-coated armor, I'm a bit of a "softie" at times ~cough~ white knight ~cough~ and understand that there's a time to be firm and a time to have fun. Though I am caring by nature, I also do not enjoy my kindness to be taken for granted, I love to help those who ask for it but I will not be taken for granted. Respect is given but it isn't something that will be expected of me if you do not feel the need to give unto me what I give unto thee.
