6/13/2016 9:34:55 PM: What I find funny about any of this dating is that everyone wears a mask. None of us shows our true selves to anyone for fear of shaming, not being accepted, and shunned. So we find outlets for it. Some porn that we must hide for fear of reprisal form authorities, others it's strip clubs to live out fantasies that can't be real, others turn to sites like this to find like minded people that are hiding from the people around them as well. The most fucked up part about all of this is that it's accepted, expected, and the norm. But when a person openly admits to their others their true self, they are shunned for not hiding, and not falling in line. Better to keep your head down, then to stick out. One of the biggest cases in point I've run across is the fact of I've told women exactly what I want in my relationship with them. Most never respond, even when that is what they profess to wanting in their profiles. The others that do respond talk a bunch, live out a fantasy or two, but when it starts to get serious, or its time to meet in person because your close enough to each other, they dissapear.
