Full disclosure Im married. 20 years ago my wife developed a severe chronic illness. It progressed, through false plateaus, and failed hopes of remissions and cures. She is disabled I love her. Eventually, we reached an arrangement, and I have her consent toengage in a long-term meaningful Ds relationship. I have been in two over the past 12 years.
