Im really good at
Sailboat racing, rigging, stage management and lawyering.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Books The Lord of the Rings, The Chronicles of Narnia, and because the tapes are playing constantly, Harry Potter. I also like technical and religious philosophy books youve never heard of.Movies. New Star Trek! Chicago (also shows), Most of the Harry Potter films... Citizen Kane, Psycho, Singing in the Rain, On the Town. To start.Shows. This is hard. Star Trek and Doctor Who to start. Stargate SG1, Good Eats, Americas Test Kitchen,Music. Dvorak. Stravinsky, Bernstein, Pentatonix, Rory Cooney, Tony Alonso, basically anything I can per with an audience.Food Interesting new tastes. I have to be careful here. Im a chef (not currently employed as one), but I have a poultry allergy. So I tend to cook non-bird stuff, and have to be careful when birds are introduced. So. Favorite foods.... I go back to my childhoodadolescenthood. I was one of the first to sample a Potbelly Sub in 1977. The vegetarian is still one of my favorite sandwiches.I grew up with the adolescence of food in Chicago. Charlie Trotter (RIP) was one of the sous chefs in a restaurant I worked in during high school. I worked with Chef Louis Szathmary (the Bakery), Hermann Berghoff (The Berghoff), and Hal Berger (McGiddies). What I learned in a nutshell was fix it now, if you cant fix it replace it, and then lets do it right the first time, with everything from basic american cuisine to fine french and cutting-edge american.
The six things I could never do without
A strong woman who is willing to do anything with me. Especially long distances offshore, where we could see.... A good offshore race with the Milky Way strongly visible. Shooting stars.
Women Id like a person who is honest, straightforward, and eager to be a fuckhole from time to time.
Oh, and. At almost 55, Im a 34 waist and had to go down a suit size or two, 44 to 40. It didnt make any discernable difference, other than I have a lot more stamina.
Men need not apply. Dickgirls up to 30 should.

7/12/2023 10:10:04 PM: I was just struck by a subbie who isn't mine reaching out to me because she just went through a tornado. I don't know how most Doms would react, but as a sailboat racer who has had to pull bodies out of the water, I went into Mama mode. Reassurng, providing helpful info, listening. I hope everybody dealing with a disaster victim does this.
