Found this on another profile and have found it to be completely true. I am still looking for the exception but am betting the numbers are pretty accurate for the majority:
Not sure of the origin or the numbers, but in my experience this holds true: There is a direct correlation to the longer things happen in cyberspace, the more likely that there will never be anything in real time. If meeting face to face isn't arranged in 5 or 6 emails, after 6 the chances of meeting drop to less than .01% or 1 in 10,000. |
