Was slave-robert always sexually submissive? Actually his first, teenage orientation towards BDSM was strongly hetero-Dom. Then one day he ran across a Victorian-type novel (remember X-rated bookstores?) that portrayed extreme Femdom (F/m), and found it disturbing and appealing at the same time. One of those watershed situations in lifes journey.
For several years after that he was what today is described as “switch”, but gradually realized that he was far more comfortable only with the sub/slave side of him. He still found art like “The Story of O” a turn-on, but in retrospect he thinks that any good fiction of this type allows the reader to project himself into either the “D” or the “s” role. (Not to mention that “O” was very bold and iconoclastic!)
Slave-robert thinks that MistressMandy86 on this site provides a very good account of a D to s transition. |
