I have been so busy this week, it's been very eventful and all for the best. I am getting ready for one hell of a party next week w/lots of current people and new members coming. We have a wonderful dominant coming from the NYC area to do a great demonstration of CBT and then some!  I cannot wait.

On a separate note, I want to make some changes in the dungeon because for my birthday, I've received a beautiful piece, not to mention that my old cross is repaired and gorgeous as ever... back in my possession right where it belongs. 
I need some helping hands before next Saturday.

BTW... Yeah.... I know about the Medical Academy at the Crucible and my answer to this is that we don't COMPETE!  We aren't pansexual, nor do we support that.  We are FEM DOM which means that we are women over men and also FEM, "Females enslaving males"  Therefore the people that are interested in this aren't or might not totally be into what we are doing and vice versa.
I want to say that we do support the efforts of the Black Rose, however and the cruicible

"twas a very busy weekend this past one simply because I had a subbie from England who was visiting w/me. I nickname all my subbie men, so Cedric has invited me to come to England next month so I am going to do just that! I was planning to anyway.
The summer is just flying by, I must admit this is the fastest summer to go... lots of changes, both personally and professionally, but things are great and life is good.  I have someone that I am now going to be filming with on a regular basis and yesterday I met a lovely woman who will be a great addition to the lair and is willing to do film work as well. 
She is very, very skilled in Colonics, so I am really excited about this!  I am going to call her the Colonic queen. She is so beautiful as well! I am thinking of having her at one of my parties and give a demo.

Speaking of parties!

I can't wait for this month's Club FEM Event!  We have the wonderful Ms. Crimson coming in from the NYC and I am so happy about this.
She will be here and staying with me for a few days and we will be accepting sessions as well.

There is a new attitude with Club FEM and I am so excited about it. Seems that a lot of ladies that didn't want to join our group, now are thinking about it!  A step in the right direction in building the true essence of what our group is really about.
I have been getting an overwhelming response to many changes that have been made in celebrating our wonderful D/s lifestyle and I am glad that you are writing me. Sometimes all it takes is change and eye opening experiences to make things work out.  We protect the rights of the privacy of our members and are a completely exclusive group and that is what make people feel safe and able to express their passions so freely within Club FEM.  We meet once per month. WE are NOT A PROFIT organization, dispite what someone recently wrote about.  No, I don't make any money off my "friends" and how very disruptive to say so.  I don't make money on anything but my private sessions.

Club FEM does not push our own personal view about FEM DOM or dominance on our ladies.  Nor, do I have anyone running around trying to "mentor" with those views. We all follow a constitution, although we help one another, each opinion about Dominance and FEM DOM is different.  We are a great group of women that care for each other and express our views, dominance and FEM DOM the way we choose to. 

I thank everyone for the posts relating to this and I am glad that you now feel comfortable enough to join. You will celebrated, protected and respected as well.

Our munch is coming up very soon, next weekend and I am happy to have you come out for some chat, lunch and fun.

Hello Everyone!

WOW, today was a great birthday and thanks so much for all my lovely gifts!  I am so overwhelmed and things couldn't be better now that there is "positive" in my life and all around me.  Considering that I have cut out all the negative and nah sayers in my life things are changing and so is the Karma! 
This June doors have opened and things have totally changed for me, my relationships have stregthened within my circle of friends,  and my professional sessions are better than ever!
 Not to mention that special someone that will be around in my life for a long time.  I am smitten I must admit and that is taking up much of my time.

Tomorrow is the DC Social Club which I am attending along with some lovely people!   Thanks for all the support with all that is good!

on a side note, I want to wish the lovely lady Freya a speedy recovery from her surgery tomorrow, I hope it all goes well and I wish you could come to the social.

I have been looking at flights as of late, especially to London!  Anyway... I have a freebie on Virgin Atlantic Airways and it expires at the end of July!  I have to use it or loose it, any suggestions?  I think that I need to travel there!  I am planning something in July, but not quite sure when. Well, I must admit I definitely got the attention of half of the collar me population. I couldn't even keep up with the inquiries about what I wrote about pertaining to Dominance and the definitions.  I am glad that I posted this. 

In addition to being swamped with productive and important things these days, I have started FEM DOM Educational Resources of Maryland.  What this means is that every other week you can be assured that a skilled dominant will be in a position to teach true skill whether your fancy is bondage, corporal or simply medical play.  Our classes are privately held and so is the confidentiality of anyone who enrolls. 
Our first class is so exciting with a notable Domina from NYC coming in to teach the class.  Our first Class begins the week of July 2nd, held on Tuesdays and Thursdays. 

You must inquiry about our classes and how to get involved.  You must also write to me, HM Fawn at mzfawn35@aol.com to find out how you can attend. It is upon my discretion  since the classes and demostrations are held in a private area of town.

I am reading more on Collar me as the days go by! However, it seems that some women are competing for who is the Dominant one, the fairest of all, or who is the most "Fem DOM" 
Who has the most Dominance!  Wow, just who really does?  Who defines this, The FEM DOMS?  The Women?  The Dominatrix? The Mistress?  Who exactly says it's so??? Inquiring minds need to know and want to know..... Of Course, the supreme power of the women DECIDES it and DEFINES it for her own personal reasons and own gain.  She lives and breathes it, does it make her better than everyone else or give her a special power to use or abuse? To use maybe, but of course not abuse. 
A submissive knows a truly dominant women because she needs not tell everyone, every minute of the day about how dominant she is. She is successful in her teachings of dominance, her private and professional life. The submissive man just will flock to her because she is all that and can exact all her thoughts and actions without revocation.
She walks the walk and can talk the talk. 
She is a secure women who goes through the path of life in which the boundaries that she chooses defines her own being, the very essence of how she practices Sado-masochistic behavior or the D/s lifestyle.
It's an unspoken truth within her and every human being that comes in contact with her knows. She is supreme, she is power, she is strength, she just is.
She needs nothing but her heart to tell her so.... and that is just my account from many years of experience w/many fine relationships of Dominance and Submission of which I have respect for both and show it.  I am Mz Fawn, I am who I am.

I wanted to give you all history about Dominance, Dominant, Dominate, Dominatrix, Domination.

Okay, My sisters in Dominance and Submissives in waiting.

Dominance is a noun (plural is dominances)
Says;

1) The Sate of being Dominant, of Prime Importance, SUPREMACY
2) Being in a position of Power, authority or ascendancy over others.
3) The Superior development of Preference for one side of the body or of one pair of organs; such as being right handed.
4) The property of a gene being superior or dominant over another.

Dominant; is an Adjective

Which is Ruling, governing, prevailing, controlling, predominant, as the dominant party, church, spirit, POWER

Dominate; the Etymology is from the Latin term, dominatus, active parciple of dominor ("rule, have dominion") From Dominus ("lord, Master")
It is a Verb
1) To govern, rule, or control by superior authority or POWER
2) To exert overwhelming influence over something or someone.
3) To enjoy a commanding position

DOMINATION; Noun, Etymology From Middle English domynacion < Old French dominaciun < Latin dominātiō (“‘rule, dominion’”) < dominor (“‘domineer; rule’”); see dominate.

Domination is the act of dominating, to exercise power,in ruling, dominion, SUPREMACY, authority, often done in an arbitrary or insolent way.

Dominatrix; is a noun  Etymology from English

One Who exudes power by control; the practice of sado-masochistic behavior for her enjoyment or pleasure, albeit sexually, mentally or physically.


Got it!!! 


So next time you read a profile or a article about someone who is "dominant" or a claims to be, you will know what this truly means from the literal sense and a "definition" of term.

However...
 
No matter what a person "spins" themselves to be or calls themselves, all these nouns, verbs and adjectives won't define true dominance.  All of the above "definitions" can be a learned behavior, but the essence of such is in your heart and soul.   
Within these terms are you noticing a few inherent traits? 
POWER, AUTHORITY,SUPREMACY, RULING...GO FIGURE!!!

I take my journal very seriously and not just a avenue to "vent"  or "Blog."  If I have something to say it's for a good reason and you will listen.  I will never just "blog" about my idle day events, who really cares, it's annoying to do so!  I am certainly not begrudging someone who does this, I will not judge others, but I am making a statement as to what you can come to know on my journal.
