Starry eyed I dream this is my reality, in truth I know that I have many miles to go before I reach the zenith. I dabble because its what I long for, and pull back because of its cost. Too afraid to learn to swim, my hand trails through the surface of the water wondering at the depths and chill below. Giddy and alight these thoughts bring me to joyous ends, but starkly also, to empty ruin. Brave are those who willingly go beneath the surface forsaking the safety of the sunlit foot worn banks. Quietly the waters calls to me, Dive my love, dive.
