I was able to verbalize my dissatisfaction with online dating in a recent message and thought I'd share. For context, it started with the other party stating it was hard to find female sadists who don't require tribute. Here is my response. The relevant part is the last paragraph

I mean, it just depends. When I go out to munches and stuff, there are plenty [of fun sadists to meet], and I now have a couple [offers to be play partners], but my main search on this site is to find someone to be more than just a play partner but actually a sub.

I totally get the need for tribute though. Even if it's just $2, it separates a lot of the fakes out...

The biggest issue I've found looking for female sadists online is that very few of the people I come across will let themselves be vulnerable in chats and messages. Which makes sense... they are inundated with messages, they don't have the time, let alone the energy to be vulnerable online with so many people.... It's a conundrum that I have yet to figure out how to circumvent.
